How hard is it to switch from our current cleaners?

Switching is the easy part. We walk your building with you, agree the scope and a start date that suits your current contract, and your team learns the site before the first clean.

What happens when our regular cleaner is off?

Planned cover steps in. Relief staff shadow on your site in advance, so the standard stays the same whoever is on shift, and you can see every clock-in.

How is the price worked out?

After a walkthrough of your building we quote one fixed monthly fee per site, fully itemised. Extras are agreed in writing before they happen, so there are no surprises on the bill.

How quickly do you deal with a problem?

Log it in the Premier Connect app or call us on 01 963 6655, and our team responds within the hour. You can follow the request until it’s closed.

What if we're not happy with a clean?

Tell us what wasn't right and we'll come back and re-clean it, free of charge.

Do you supply products and equipment?

Yes. Our team brings all equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products as standard. Washroom consumables can be included in your contract.
