This notice explains the cookies this website can set and the choice you have. Analytics and advertising cookies are only ever set if you accept them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for a site to work or stay secure; others track how people use a site or which adverts they see.

The cookies on this site

Strictly necessary security cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived cookie to tell people from automated traffic and protect the site from attacks. These cookies don’t identify you and aren’t used for anything else.

The booking form’s spam check. The site survey form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated spam. It runs a check in your browser when you use the form. Cloudflare uses what it learns only to tell people from bots, not for advertising.

Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept. When our cookie banner asks and you press Accept, we use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site, and Google Ads to see which of our ads lead to an enquiry, such as a booked survey, a call or an email. Google sets cookies for this, including _ga and _ga_… (kept for up to two years), _gcl_au (90 days) and, if you arrived from one of our ads, _gcl_aw (90 days). If you accept and then book a survey, Google Ads also receives your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, used only to match the booking to the ad you clicked; see our privacy notice. We don’t use any of this for personalised advertising or remarketing. If you press Reject, or don’t answer, none of these cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google.

We remember your answer in your browser for 12 months, then ask again. There are no social media tracking cookies.

Ad click references, without cookies. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, the address carries a click reference (and sometimes campaign tags). The site keeps them in the address of the pages you open next, and sends them with the booking form, so we can tell which ad an enquiry came from. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and Google only reads the reference if you accept cookies.

Your choices

If you accepted analytics and advertising cookies, you can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We then stop using them and remove the ones Google set on this site.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the security cookies, parts of the site or the booking form may not work; you can always call us on 01 963 6655 or email enquiries@premiercontractcleaning.ie instead.
