This notice explains what Premier Contract Cleaning does with the information you give us through this website, by phone or by email, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Premier Contract Cleaning is a family-owned commercial cleaning company at Mount Argus Mill, Dublin 6W. We decide how your information is used, and you can reach us about it at enquiries@premiercontractcleaning.ie or on 01 963 6655.

What we collect

When you book a free site survey, the form asks for:

  • Your premises: the type, how many people are on site, its size, and the days and hours of cleaning you need
  • Your cleaning: when it should happen, your area or Eircode, and when you would like to start
  • Your details: your name, email address and phone number and, if you choose, your company and a preferred weekday for the survey

If your requirements are below our contract minimum, the form asks only for your answers about the premises, your name, your email address and your phone number.

Both forms also send us how you reached them: the page on this site you came from (or the form’s own page, if you arrived straight at it) and, if you came from one of our Google ads or a link carrying campaign tags, the ad’s click reference and those tags. Nothing is stored on your device for this; the reference travels in the page address.

If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us so we can answer. We do not ask for sensitive information, and please don’t send it.

Like any website, this one receives your IP address and basic browser details when you visit, because your browser needs them to load the pages. Our hosting provider uses them to deliver and protect the site.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry: to arrange the survey, prepare a quote and agree a contract you have asked about, and to email you a confirmation with a copy of your answers. The law allows this because you asked us to take these steps before entering a contract.
  • To keep the site and form safe: to block spam and attacks. The law allows this as a legitimate interest, ours and our visitors’.
  • To know which of our ads bring enquiries: the click reference and campaign tags sent with the form tell us which ad or campaign an enquiry came from. The law allows this as a legitimate interest; it is part of the enquiry you send us, and it sets nothing on your device.
  • To measure visits and our ads, only if you accept cookies: to see how people find and use the site and which of our Google ads lead to an enquiry. The law allows this only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. See our cookie notice.

We do not use your information for personalised advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts this website, sends the booking form to our inbox and your confirmation to you, and runs the form’s spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • Hostinger hosts our email, so your enquiry and our replies are stored in our mailbox there.
  • Google, only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads record your visit (pages viewed, device, approximate location and whether you came from one of our ads). If you then book a survey, Google Ads also receives your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, which it uses only to match the booking to the ad you clicked. We keep analytics data for 14 months.

Cloudflare and Hostinger act only on our instructions, and so does Google for Analytics and for the hashed contact details. For measuring our ads, Google Ads also works under Google’s own privacy policy. Where a provider handles information outside the European Economic Area, it does so under safeguards approved under EU law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, so we can follow up and answer questions about a quote. If you become a client, we keep what the contract needs for as long as the contract runs and as long as the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the information we hold about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your information, or limit how we use it
  • Stop using it for a purpose you object to

Email enquiries@premiercontractcleaning.ie and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
