Office cleaning across Dublin

Premier cleans offices across County Dublin, from small professional practices to multi-floor workplaces. Every contract starts with a free site survey. Contracts run from five days and 20 hours of cleaning a week, and the weekly and monthly jobs, such as high dusting or descaling washrooms, are scheduled inside them. We agree what is cleaned and how often, put it in writing, and assign a named team that stays with your building.

What’s included

A contract covers:

  • Dusting, vacuuming and mopping of offices, meeting rooms, reception and common areas
  • Desks, door handles, switches and other high-touch points wiped and disinfected
  • Kitchens and breakrooms cleaned
  • Washrooms cleaned and sanitised, with consumables restocked if they’re part of your contract
  • Bins emptied and recycling sorted
  • Internal glass and partitions kept clear
  • All equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products

For the full list by day, week and month, see our office cleaning checklist.

Carpet and upholstery cleaning, window and gutter cleaning, deep cleans and floor care. Each is quoted separately and agreed in writing before it happens.

What office cleaning costs

Office cleaning is quoted as one fixed, itemised monthly fee per site, based on the hours your building needs and the legal rates for contract cleaners. Our office cleaning cost guide explains how prices are built and what a quote that looks too cheap leaves out.

Who we clean for

“We have used Premier Contract Cleaning for over two years now and we are very happy. Monica and Cata are communicative and have never let us down.” Nicola Dowling, small office

FAQ

Questions about office cleaning.

If you need anything beyond these, call us on 01 963 6655 or book a free site survey and ask us in person.

How much does office cleaning cost in Dublin?

Most office contracts are one fixed monthly fee, worked out from the hours your building needs. The legal minimum for contract cleaners has been €14.80 an hour since 1 January 2026, so a quote far below the real cost of labour usually shows up later as missed cleans. A free site survey gives you your own figure.

What do your office cleaners clean?

Desks and high-touch points, floors, kitchens and breakrooms, washrooms, bins and recycling, and internal glass, on a schedule agreed with you. Carpets, windows and deep cleans can be added to the contract.

How often should an office be cleaned?

Kitchens, washrooms and bins usually need attention every working day. Desks, floors and glass run on a daily or weekly cycle depending on how many people use the space. We set the frequency with you at the site survey.

Can you clean outside office hours?

Yes. We clean early mornings, evenings and weekends, seven days a week, so the work is done before your team arrives.

How hard is it to switch from our current cleaners?

Switching is the easy part. We walk your building with you, agree the scope and a start date that suits your current contract, and your new team learns the site before the first clean.

Which areas of Dublin do you cover?

All of County Dublin, including the City Centre, the Docklands, Ballsbridge, Sandyford, Blackrock, Clontarf, Santry, Clondalkin, Smithfield, Beaumont, Rathmines, Drumcondra, Malahide, Dundrum and Swords.
